Dr. Dolf De Roos is the chairman of Property Ventures Limited, a public listed and innovative real estate investment company currently handling a US$2 billion real estate portfolio. He is also the professor at the UCIC University. He has shared his investment strategies with thousands of investors on how to analyze properties efficiently and make money in real estate.

Dr. Dolf analyzed the rich and found without exception, that, the rich either made their money through property, or held their wealth in property. This finding marked a shift in his focal point.
